Pink Tanks and Fighting In The Streets of Ajdabiya

Gadaffi's mercenary forces attacked Ajdabiya on Saturday, where street fighting now rages as Libyan freedom fighters desperately attempt to defend the city, now under attack for the fifth time this month. Rebels began painting their tanks pink so NATO jets could identify them.
British defense officials said RAF Tornados destroyed seven Libyan tanks.
Many families have fled to Benghazi, only an hour away across the unforgiving desert. Fears that should Ajdabiya fall, the nearby rebel-held city of Benghazi will be swiftly targeted due to it's proximity, have kept many residents of Ajdabiya home to help fight off the largely Algerian, Chadian, and Darfurian paid forces of Gadaffi. These men, who have been flowing into Libya in the thousands to reap the rewards of Gadaffi's secret coffers of riches, have been found with huge amounts of cash on them. These men are themselves the product of similar oppressive regimes and are fleeing poverty and destitution in their own lands. Their orders have been to 'flatten the cities and kill everyone' as witnessed by the fact that these snipers have been targeting even little children.
While he pays foreigners to kill Libyan children, Gadaffi was shown on Libyan State TV visiting a classroom of schoolchildren in Tripoli today, which was odd to say the least as there is no school on Saturday. No evidence of the date could be seen on the blackboard.
Rumours are flying on Twitter as to the Dictator's mental and physical state. Some say he is already dead, along with his son Khamis, who has not been seen since we heard he was burned in the fire following the unconfirmed story that a Libyan pilot had crashed his jet into Gadaffi's Tripoli Compound. Neither Muammar nor Khamis have been seen for weeks now.
Saif Gadaffi appears to be running the show, as evidenced by his strange offer to take over the government and introduce a civil democracy last week, which was taken seriously by no-one.
In another bizarre turn of events, Saif was instrumental in co-ordinating an interview with Eman Al-Obeidi and CNN's Nic Robertson, even telling his own government spokesman to shut up in front of the CNN reporter. The interview with a very demure and soft-spoken woman who did resemble Eman is now being called a hoax. The woman in the interview is not Eman al-Obeida, according to people who know her. Eman is missing a part of her little finger and has a mole under her lip. The woman in the interview has neither.
CNN's Nic Robertson appears to be leaving Tripoli today, as evidenced by the Tweet below:
