ISLAMABAD Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani Tuesday urged the nation to forge unity amongst its ranks and file to steer the nation out of its current challenges. Talking to Secretary General Pakistan Peoples Party Senator Jehangir Badar here at the PM House, he said the government was pursuing reconciliatory policy of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto.
He said the Shaheed leader had impressed upon the party leadership at every rank to cultivate relations with all the political forces of the country to evolve a collective approach on national issues.
He said the government of Pakistan will extend every possible help to the government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir as well as the AJ&K election commission to hold a fair, free and transparent election.
