ISLAMABAD: The price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) has been raised by Rs5 per kg, reported on Thursday.President LPG Distribution Association Irfan Khokhar told the channel that with new hike, the price of LPG domestic cylinder has been increased by Rs59 while that of commercial cylinder by Rs227.He defended the latest price hike in the LPG, saying that it was result of hike in its price in international market.With the current raise, LPG price in Karachi and Lahore has come to Rs100 from Rs95 per kg, Rs115 from Rs110 per kg in Peshawar, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Rahimyar Khan, Bahawalpur, Kohat and Marri and in Muzaffarabad to Rs120 from Rs115 per kg.
